Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for the refurbishment of the Hotel Princesa.

The work includes the replacement of 1,200 aluminium windows, 4,600 sqm of dry partition systems for airtightness and geometry adjustment, all covered with more than 5,500 sqm of two-colour aluminium composite panels. In addition to the main body of the two volumes, all the metal structures on the ground floor were built to accommodate the aluminium and glass openings, automatic doors and modernisation of the entrance pergola.
