Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for the design, testing, manufacture and assembly of 16,350 sqm of façades (modular and curtain wall), including 400 mm deep shading blades. The exterior façade, using a modular system, was customised exclusively by Martifer Metallic Constructions for this project.

The solutions adopted for the design and construction of the buildings earned it a “Class A” energy certification and an international BREEAM certification, with an “Excellent” rating.
