Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for dismantling the old façade and installing the new one. It is also responsible for the interior finishes, metalwork and balustrades. The works include the installation of approximately 4,500 sqn of modular façade, 700 sqm of stick curtain façade with integrated LEDs on the ground floor and 4,000 sqm of pillar cladding.
