Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for installing the new façades on the buildings in the Monforte de Lemos, 28 office complex in Madrid.

The project consists of five volumes: towers, the base (plinth), bridge, courtyards and annex building. The main works consist of the production and assembly of fixed aluminium frames with high-performance glass (around 500 units), 4,000 sqm of opaque cladding with a ventilated façade of bent aluminium sheet on the exterior, 1,000 sqm of aluminium curtain wall with special extruded profiles, and metal cladding with stainless steel mesh in the service stairwell area.
