Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for cladding the facades in glass, stainless steel, and aluminum composite, including stainless steel railings and doors. The work includes 80 tons of structural steel, 3 tons of structural stainless steel, 1,200 sqm of explosion-proof facade, 1,600 sqm of stainless steel cladding, 1,000 sqm of U-glass facade, and 500 sqm of balustrade.

The project was awarded The Structural Awards 2013 – Infrastructure or Transport Structures, as part of the 2013 Structural Steel Design Awards. It also received BREEAM "Excellent" certification.
